Sett Rework Idea
Sett is one of Riot's more balanced new releases, but he still struggles with ranged champions in a way most other juggernauts don't. This rework attempts to reduce Sett's overwhelming power against melee champions while making him more useful into ranged matchups.
Passive: Pit Grit- Sett's basic attacks grant him 4/10/16/22 armor and magic resist. This bonus lasts for 5 seconds and stacks up to 10 times. Additionally, Sett regenerates 1/2/3/4% of his missing health every second.
Q: Knuckle Down- Sett gains 10% increased movement speed for 2 seconds. This bonus is increased to 80/90/100/110/120% while moving towards enemy champions. Sett's next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equal to 12/13/14/15/16 (+2 per 100 AD)% of his target's maximum health and stuns them for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
W: Haymaker- Sett deals 80/120/160/200/240 (+150% Bonus AD) physical damage to enemies around him. For each one hit, Sett gains 40% attack speed for 5 seconds. This bonus can stack up to 3 times. Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds
E: Facebreaker- Sett pulls in all enemies around him, stunning them for 2.5 seconds. Facebreaker has a minimum range, so Sett will only pull enemies farther away from him. Afterwards, Sett's damage is converted to true damage against enemies hit for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds
R: The Show Stopper- Sett targets an enemy champion, dashing to them. He grabs them and continues dashing forward, knocking them up for 2 seconds and dealing 200/350/500 (+200% Bonus AD) physical damage to them. Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds
The point of this mini-rework was to reduce Sett's oppressiveness at melee range while also making him harder to kite from afar. Reply with any changes you'd make!
