League tournament legit website?

So guy from friends list asked me to play tournament for them.he gave me this link and you see in bottom right corner there is register button.it asks for my password aswell.so im wondering is this legit or hes trying to steal my account?

Yes, it is legit! In your region's page (EUNE) click "Community" on the top, then go to "Events". There you can create and manage tournaments.

If you're ever in doubt, don't hesitate to ask like you just did! If the site is sketchy you shouldn't share the link, though.
