"I Cant Play X Role"

If you can't play a certain role (mostly Support or sometimes Jungle), and every other role is taken, queue dodge, and if you're not going to queue dodge, either learn all the roles, just don't play the game.

You're not entitled to somebody else's role because you can't play X role, and nobody else should be queue dodging because you can't play X role, so don't expect them to.

"I Don't Have Any Supports"

That's bullshit, you probably own Soraka Annie Morgana Nunu Blitzcrank Alistar, or just play a Support is in the free rotation.

I think it would be better to advise them to use that particular game to learn how to play support, rather than to queue dodge. It's only normals after all. Normals is where you should be learning stuff like that.

The people i encounter most of the time just say that they can't play the only role that is left, and then think that they are entitled to a certain role because of that, they pretty much refuse to play it or ever learn it.

"and if you're not going to queue dodge, either learn all the roles" While i didn't phrase it this way, i guess that sentence can be interpreted as "learn the role this game".

In draft this shouldn't happen because you shouldn't queue for a role you don't know.

In blind it's a different story becuase it's a toxic way to put champion select. I am terribly abd at jungle for example and since I don't want to both gimp my team and being utterly stomped by my enemy I don't want to play said role. Managing to be good/Decent at 4 roles out 5 is enough to join a queue I guess.

If you suck at a certain role, but can play it, that's fine.

The people i'm talking about pretty much refuse to play a certain role because "they can't play it", and then continue to ruin the game for at least 1 other person.

In my case I won't queue up as jungler ever if I don't want to play it. But if I'm in blindpick (which I'm not playing since Team Builder came out) I would refuse to play Jungle no matter what.

People queue up for stuff they can't really play in draft; some people can really only play one role. They basically just queue up as a random secondary role or fill since they're forced to pick something.

To be honest those ppl don't have any compassion from me, I'm not saying that you need to learn every role but I guess that in the huge roster of champion every player can find either a character they like to play which can fill multiple positions or multiple characters for multiple positions.

Unfortunally if you are in a situation where you really want to play X champion in Y position (or need/want to learn it) you have no way to do it if not by luck. This is why I'm missing Team Builder, it might have taken longer to get a game started but it let you play what you wanted (and find agreement on off-meta picks before the match was starting).

I am pretty bad at top lane.. although Maokai being OP has helped me.

yeah I agree with Redhiswedis here, suggest perhaps they try out the roles since they have a chance to in normals.

I never call roles so when I occasionally get top lane I just take it to practice and then when I start feeding I just say "ergh top is my worst role" "why didn't you say so I could of played top" "If I never play top how would I improve?"

I'd be able to learn other roles if people didn't auto lock top and mid instantly and force me to fill in for support. I'm at the point where I'm put against plats because that's near my support ability, yet when I very rarely get top or mid I'm put against plat mains whilst I've got the skill level and experience of bronze. Rest assured, I don't learn much from that.
