Talon E rework (Don't want the silence back)

So as we all know the E nerf on talon was a horrible trade (for those that dont know he used to have a silence on his E) I mean you trade a silence for a .25 slow. Now I agree that the silence was just stupid and hard to play against but the slow is useless just based on how long it is So what I suggest is change his E name to something like Headblow or Headshot (heck you should do this anyways since cut throat doesnt make since for the effect it does) and it stuns/slows for .75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and allow you to use it on friendly minions Also I don't know if this was intentional or not but when you E on something I think you should automatically attack it
