(client) Leaverbuster priority matchmaking avoidance

So you can avoid the leaverbuster punishments by just going to teambuilder. So recently I left a game and then leaver buster gave me lower priority matchmaking so I went back to teambuilder queue and I got a match in 30 seconds I only can do this in teambuilder matches nothing else
