Skin lol legal

I've been seeing people get banned for using third party apps, and was wondering if skin lol would get me banned? It only changes the in game model, and makes using custom skins a lot easier. By posting this and admitting I use it get me banned btw? I havent been using it lately because I have been unsure if it was okay. I just want to know. If it's not allowed i'll uninstall it immediately I just want some clarity.

Hey, it's 5 30 in the morning here, I'm scared due to just reading a very terrifying story. Off topic, I know. Needed to type something out.

Anyway, I'm almost certain that using that can get you banned. Though I must admit, I don't know for sure. It should be somewhere in the EULA though if no one else knows for sure. Hope this helps.
