Riot question about the clone

Hey can i get a clarification about the clone debuff visual you gave to champion to those who clone themselves. Why would you do that for those who make clones, or to be more precise, Leblanc getting a visual clone debuff visual, because doing something like this to a champion who get a free escape when she low on hp. Leblanc is already a high power champion with a strong learning curve, those players who are new to her will need to learn how to combo right with her ultimate right and tricking her opponent, why enhance a champion that already have such high power and a amazing learning curve and buff her trickery? To me, it in my belief it unneeded for how strong she is.
