Lee sin nerfed again?

Why is lee sin getting nerfed constantly, you cant even play him damage anymore, and he isn't that reliable unless you have a solid team and good communication with everyone. They keep nerfing him even though overall he is only decent mid game now and falls of crazy hard late game. Love this character but lately the nerfs have been completely uncalled for, there are so many other champions that have a broken skill set and game play yet lee keeps getting nerfed. I don't understand

He keeps getting nerfed constantly?

What?

How?

His last nerfed was last year, and the one before that was two years ago.

His ult cooldown might receive a 20sec nerf on first lvl on next patch, that's all.

Plus he deserves to get nerfed, WAY MORE than that. Lee needs to get gutted, he's been meta for waaaaaayyyyy too long.

So anyone remember how he was going to get a major drop in damage on R? It does not feel like that actually happen if it even did go thru.
