Id like a vote kick feature

During ranked you get that one person that just wants to feed , or doesnt want to support or anything like that , so they do what the community calls " a troll pick " and at this point he has your points hostage , you either lose 3 , then 10 , then 30 , or bite the bullet and try to put up with this guy for 20 + agonizing min , i suggest giving players the option of replacing a team mate by voting on kicking him out ( as in forcing him/her to dodge ) if the player in question gains 3 votes against him he is removed from the lobby and will receive incremental time penalties while making the lp penalties start from the 3rd kick of the day , i think its only fair to have someone switched on the team if 75 % of the team dont like him before the match even starts, players may be allowed a limited amount of votes per day to kick someone out of a lobby or something like that to prevent people just constantly rerolling teammates , also if it causes any problems at those high levels (as im sure some of the smug people would love to claim here ) with a smaller player base i suggest it only be implemented up to a certain rank then it would be gone , similar to the way autofill was treated for a while in ranked at the start of it .
