Salty run option , pick a team mate you hate and have them placed on the other team with good teammates to balance matchmaking cause theres no way in hell that loser is winning ever , its a long shot but im sure you can do it at least in the lower levels cause sometimes you just want to pub stomp someones face into the ground but you never get a chance .

And then you line them up with teammates who play instead of writing a six-page dissertation about how awful they are, they learn, they flourish and in a single game make more progress than you've made in all your playing.
