Why can't Aurelion Sol Immediately reactivate his Q?
I saw an answer on the PBE boards but it seemed like it was posted by someone who never played this game before so I'm asking again.

im going to guess to add counter play to his kit.
Probably for the same reason Potions were given a cooldown- People who accidentally press Q twice.
