What are your thoughts on garen after the 6.24 patch now that its been 1 week? is he still bad because his early game is so easy to punish? is he viable now? or a little too strong? Do you plan to do more changes in the near future?

got to say, the result is impressive. lets see how long it lasts. objectively, they accomplished the exact opposite of what they wanted. the armor shred was supposed to be a buff that increases his team utility by granting him higher than average armor shred with 
all it really did was incentivise him to skip cleaver for lethality, and his teammates benefit less from his 25% armor shred than they used to when he still wanted the 30% from the item.
Garen (in his current state) will always be the same. At lower elo he will dominate, but as you climb the ladder his faults become more apparent. This will be true regardless what numbers the adjust in his current kit
