normal account got perma banned
I never got chat restricted or temporary banned but i just tried to connect to play a few games and it says i got permamently banned without warning, and i didnt get any email to explain.

If you haven't received an e-mail (be sure to check the spam folder) and attempting to log into the client yields no information, then you can submit a support ticket to ask for the information regarding your ban. Try to be patient because it will likely take a few business days to get a response back.
Did u get in an argument with someone in game?
