@meddler about the garen potential buff

as a garen one trick when i saw riot wanted to give my favorite champîon some love i couldnt be happier especially since i liked the armor shred on his e which made me think of the armor pen of darius which is another champion i like a lot, then they took it off pbe saying they wanted to work on his buffs a little bit more and release it for 6.24. ( hoping they would adress his weak early game) Today was the first pbe update of 6.24 and no sign of garen, kinda disapointed to be honest. is a garen change still planned for 6.24?

There's definitely changes on there. Moobeat's not a god, he has to work on all the updates :P

Sometimes things don't make it in on the first day. It's pretty normal at the start of a new cycle tbh, especially when they pull it saying they want to look at it some more.
