Auto-fill and Dodging

So idk if this is in the right topic and I'm sure auto-fill has been talked about a lot but it is rally getting out of hand. Just about every game I play there is someone who A.) Has been auto filled and complained and sucks B.) Dodges for whatever reason C.) Got autofilled AND dodged.

At this point talking out autofill completely would do more good than harm. I wait like 10 minutes to get into a game because people don't know how to not dodge. And then when I do get into a game I got autofilled... Is anything going to be done about this???
