A serious question about Bronze

Ok, so here's the deal. Every game there is a feeder on my team. Now this may sound cliche but I'm dead serious. Like I try my goddamn hardest to play my best but it is unreal how much my team feeds. Ofc sometimes I feed I'm in bronze for a reason but oh my god my team is looking like a McDonald's. Like my Jungler chased a 1v4 after we get invaded then dies. The same jungler (YI) has smite and teleport as Summs... Fizz kills me and Yi one time each ( oh yeah and again in the river) before I take him out in lane. So now he's 4-1. That's just one example. Like yes I'm venting after a lose but I'm just not good enough to carry these heavy ass teams. I shouldn't have to solo carry every game or get solo carried. And I raged hard so I wouldn't be surprised if I get reported and in trouble. Like I don't want to rage it isn't fun but some of these people are SO brain dead. Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

And no you can't say my temperament. I know I'm supposed to "mute everyone" "or be positive and not rage". I'm talking more gameplay wise

Comments from a platinum player (since season 4), who have a bronze smurf account:

Yes, what you say is true and easy to confirm with numbers: low elo games are longer (http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/rankings/game-durations), and players dies much, much more (and kill/assist). They also AFK more (http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/rankings/afk-stats), there is more toxic, etc etc.

Even when you are a decent league player, bronze can be hard (say, a gold player playing in bronze), because you have to adapt your playstyle to Bronze "meta". A good strategy in gold might not work in bronze.

If you're a jungler, doing a good work, getting drakes, being 1/0/3....... but then you face a 15/8/12 Yi... You can't do much.

It is hard to focus on macro-play in Bronze, because players have much less team coordination.

Instead, embrace the Bronze meta, and try to snowball, you kinda have to there. Try to win hard your lane or gank a lot- there might be a lot of free ganks, or free kills in lane. Of course, don't over-extend, get some wards, but try to snowball and carry. Try snowball champions, Annie, Riven... Or, since game are longer, try late-game scaling champs. Try to follow the weird decisions of your team: even if it's obvious nashor is the right choice, if your team want to siege mid, stay with them.

Having said that, I know these are not the most interesting games. And sometime, you can't do anything: game is lost whatever you do. But this is the way to get out. Once out of it, you'll get better team play, interesting games at higher elo. Meanwhile, this is a good time to improve your laning skill: farming, trading, etc. GL

See, you're looking at it wrong. That's the problem. Bronze is a magical place where anything can happen and both top laners will TP to join in on a 4v4 in the jungle as minions spawn. Just make sure the minions are pushing on the side-lanes way before fights and you'll greatly increase your chances of winning right there.

CS more Place more wards If you're tilting, just take a second, relax, and focus on the next objective. Always be thinking about what objective you should go for next. Focus on playing a few champions, you've played over 50 champions in ranked this season alone. Learn when you can and can't play aggressively. Learn champion matchups, know when the other laner can kill you or go in for a trade. Don't chase kills. Don't prioritize kills over objectives If you just win a big team fight, don't back. Go for the next objective immediately. Learn when you should go for what objective. Keep your lanes pushed up

Protip to stop your team from feeding: Gank every lane you can.

"But I'm the ADC!" Fuck that, go kill their midlane. "But I need farm!" So does your Ashe, go kill their ADC. "But-but goooOOoooOOOold!" Your team needs it too.

Besides that, focus on CS and if you can reach 100 CS at 10-12 minutes you'll win most of your games at that rank. Seriously, it's not even funny how underestimated farming and ganking as something other than the jungler is. Not to mention how tilting it is when the top lane nasus walks into your lane and withers you.

Other than that, learn three champions for each role that you can win lane on(because for some reason people lose lane and think they'll lose the game 100% of the time)

Phylol made a video about how to get out of each elo. It's quite informative for people that want to climb IMO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPDGmA2quRU
