When Ivern "frees" Krug camp he only gets 2 CS, and is only rewarded with the xp/gold for the initial two krugs (since the small ones don't ever "spawn". Is this intended, because he loses out on a lot of potential gold/xp I did a very quick test on this:
Ivern Krugs clear
Any other champion Krugs clear

Also, he already has a 57% win rate. Buffs are the last thing he needs.
Viktor Von Lazer1 votesask riot, it's probably cause he's such a strong jungler and doesn't risk dying to any camps that he gets balanced in this way as a sort of draw back. his winrate is pretty high anyway
