Nidalee's cougar form should cost mana

As a mana-based resource dependant champion. I feel like Nidalee is just as much of a problem (if not more) of a problem than the earlier Kassadin. Her jump is just too available, and with the added fact that she's a mana-based champion should still be true when switching to cougar form. I think it's unfair for this frisky cat to spam that many abilities, and specifically AD Nidalees "camp" the cat form and only use the Heal when needed which gives them an infinite sustainable pool of resources. This is of course up for discussion, and I'm not saying make her mana costs heavy since the idea of Nidalee is to make great use of the cougar form - I just don't see many trade-offs.
