Who do you think the most CONSTANT balanced champion is?
Basically title, post below a champion you feel has generally speaking been constantly balanced through ups and downs.

Here comes a list of really strong champs that the boards think are balanced or garbage champs that the boards think are balanced. Here's a hint: If it's a mage or tank, it probably belongs in category 1. If it's an assassin or support, it probably belongs in category 2.
Leona #1: The only "significant" change Riot made was a very minor adjustment to her W I think a season or two back. Otherwise, Riot has pretty much left her alone since ever.
Morgana #1: Good support good at all elos hell she even sees pro play once and awhile unlike

Sion #2: pretty simple never been B R O K E N as someone like 
but he's held his own this season with other tanks like

Lux #3: Oh man this is a funny one lux is "balanced" because she's friendly to newer players who then realize champions like

who are much better at what they do then lux can do ahri can play backline and poke like lux and then Ori and Ahri can do the same thing well being able to 1 shot squishy targets with a q r w for Ori combo and a r e q w r combo for Ahri with both taking little to no more skill then lux
Hate him all you want, but I don't remember a time that he has ever been broken or irrelevant in low-mid elo other than when Rageblade was tiamat and hurricane in one. They haven't really changed him at all since I started playing in season 3 and he has never veered off from 50% win rate too much other than when rageblade was broken.
this champ has only ever truly had 1 re-work around stats which was in season 4 patch 5

Two of my picks. These are champs that perform pretty well, but are never really popular picks. To me, that indicates that people who are good with those champs have decent success on them, but aren't so good that they attract all the FOTM players. Definition of good balance.
