Give frozen heart 400 hp

Are you insane? Take an item that is already 115% gold efficient and slap another 1000g worth of stats on it?

It's the single strongest armor item in the game, gives mana, 20% cdr, and a unique passive to reduce enemy auto attack speed. It's already incredibly strong as it is.

Frozen heart already gives pretty decent stats, 100 armour is the most of any item available in the game, along with 20% cdr and 400 mana.

Its designed not to have health since its supposed to be an item for countering flat damage stackers, champion who aren't dipping into buying something like mortal reminder, lord doms or lethality, but as soon as they start to pick up those items, this buy hurts to have since yu don't get as much from it.

Lets say for a moment we gave it that extra 400 health, what would that do? It would make it harder for lethality and armour shredders to counter it since they would have to worry about an extra 400 health coupled with runes and other tank items.

It would be better then sunfire in almost every way, trading a measly 25 health and some wave clear for 40 extra armour, 20% cdr, 400 mana and an aura that harms plenty of the top lane roster.

It would make almost every tank buy it firstly, remember that just because an item may seem weak (Which Frozen heart isn't really that weak at the moment, just outclassed) dosent mean you need to pump in states that would send it over the edge.

Maybe reduce the armor by 50 and give 200 or 300 health. I would always buy it then.

i think 200hp would be acceptable if u attach a ruby crystal to its cost. But how do u fit a ruby crystal into the bluest item in the game?
