Why does lucian need a nerf? Hit him with 1 cc spell and just poke HIM down NOT the support. He is squishy and some what low range vs other ADCs, just pick cait and poke him when EVER he farms and he can't rly poke you back unless he E's in then that should be when you engage because now he out play skill is ON COOL DOWN. And if he is using him Q to poke you he WILL be oom FAST and THAT is when you engage, w/o mana to use his spells he can't get his passive off and w/o passive and spells he is done, he has a low damage output.

I'm a lucian main and have about 80K champion points on him and started to play him ALLOT late S5, i may be a S4 scrub lord but i know what i'm doing with lucian, but take my advise or leave it.
