Small Issue with New Ban System

So I just "dodged a que" because my teammates were able to type in my intended bans before I could type new ones. Example I wanted to ban darius initially, then I saw our top was picking him, so I picked yasuo, who was then just banned, and so on. Im not really sure how to fix this except make the ban phase slightly longer.
