Recall only returns a unit to the hand. IT should not remove buffs from a unit. if an enemy gave a unit +1+1, it should stay on that card. Same goes for if you buffed your own unit. it's a bounce effect, not a removal/negation.

Bounce effects throughout multiple card games I can think of tend to remove buffs / active effects unless otherwise stated. Hearthstone, MTG, Yugioh, heck even the Pokemon TCG function this way. Would be a bit odd to hage it keep the effects IMO.
