14 of 26 in play rate. She is picked 4% of the time in high elo games. Additionally, her win rate among people with 1-5 ranked games is pretty much identical to her win rate among people with 125+ ranked games. So she's pretty middle of the pack in terms of play rate and her win rate is not drastically influenced at all by "sona mains."
The only thing that remotely supports your claims is that she is #2 on "average games played."
