@Riot, since you're looking at Zyra atm, here's an idea for her E:

What if Zyra could aim her E like Viktor aims his?

I think it'd add a bit of strength/versatility without buffing damage or numbers in general.

An example would be if you're in Mid lane and you get ganked: you get sandwhiched inbetween both enemies but you aim your E in a line through you and snare them both, giving you some time to run.
