Fizz Buff's
So I've been thinking about a Fizz buff that I think most people won't call OP but Fizz players might enjoy. Have Fizz's ult eat the target whole if it kills them kinda like with Teemo but make it on everyone!

If it kills them, the body of the enemy champ is gone. If it doesn't eat them, kill them after ulting will still allow their poor soul to rest upon the rift.
