Randomly disconnecting at least once every game for the past 4 days.. always around the same time.

During the last four nights I have been receiving random disconnects during games around the same time every night when I am within a game.. and it only seems to be when I am within game and the enemy champion is going to attack or kill me.. I am unsure if it is on riots end or my end and I don't know how I can fix it.. would anyone have any suggestions or tips or could someone from Riot help me out?
