Play anything but bot, my bot lane feeds, we lose. I play bot lane, my team feeds, we lose. Gee, I wonder why i'm stuck in silver.

sounds like you need to be less concerned with feeding and more concerned with puttting the game back togehter after the enemy is fed.
I don't bother with ranked because the notion of a consequence to winning or losing turns everyone into a hypocrite with learning disabilities. No matter what, you're wrong. Even if Mundo isn't in your lane, and his opponent won't buy Grievous Wounds. That's your fault.
I gave up because relying on others was tiring. All they do is release generic, shitty Victorious skins.
Join the dark side, play RGM and ARAM, care about nothing... enjoy a game, for once.
