Can we get a Brand rework or rebalance?
At the moment he just has to mash his keyboard and press R for a guaranteed kill on anyone who isn't a tank and most juggernauts/bruisers.
What about seriously raising the cost of his W by like 20 or 30 mana, nerf the cast range a wee bit (or at least the hitbox), and have E refund mana if he kills ablazed targets like minions?
