People get coin line for the gold gen though. The free 10% cdr won't change anything. It's a useless bandaid fix that's not worth putting in.

This buff does nothing since enchanter's are going after specific items for their passives/actives and most of those already have cdr (ardent, athene, redemption, mikeal). It's more common to overcap on cdr than anything.

ZephyrDrake1 votes20% CDR isn't going to do anything, most of the item spellthief users buy already give CDR so doing this would just make it even harder to fit builds if you don't want to overcap your CDR. Give me a bit more AP, or a bit more mana regen, or a slight increase in the passive's damage when fully upgraded. Something other than 10% extra CDR that is just going to make the item look even more unappealing in general
