the mana per 5 and hp per 5 nerf
can someone please explain those to me? i have a poor understanding of them and how do they effect the midlaners, or mana users in general, Thanks!

FourVsFive1 votesSay your champ has a base of 10mana/hp per 5 seconds. And they buy an item that gives them 50% mana or hp regen per 5, that 10mana/hp per 5s gets increased to 15 per 5 seconds. As 50% of 10 = +5
