I figured that for most ap champions the best way to amplify damage is magic penetration so i just play with like 40 flat magic pen (runes,mast,boots) and i do alot of damage with 600 ap than 1200 with no penetration. Is that for all champs or some champ are better with more ap ?

Sujiren1 votesI think raw ap is generally good on champions with good scaling, or the ones that have abilities with shields, because let's say your playing morganna and you want to buy your third item. Would you rather go void or death cap first? I would go deathcap, because the raw ap will increase my damage, just as the void would, but it will also make black shield bigger.
