About Gangplank PBE nerfs - HP reduction is justified, but bring back mana refund on Parrrley!

We can all agree GangplankGangplank is too strong. He has a very strong late game while having a safe laning fase. And now he has been nerfed on the PBE: Base HP reduced to 580 from 631 HP per level growth increased to 82 from 79

Parrrley (Q) mana cost reduced to 40 from 50. Parrrley (Q) no longer refunds 50% of mana cost (25 mana) on kill.

Given the fact he has the highest base HP, the health reduction is completely ok and will give more opportunities for enemies to shut him down before he can get his items and ult upgrades.

However, the Q mana nerf should be reverted. How are you supposed to get all farmed up if you constantly run OOM? Even old GP could farm better than the one on the PBE right now - his q price was 70 at max rank and 35 on kill. The mana change could ruin him as a viable pick.

I think that the base HP reduction is more than enough to balance him. If needed, the HP per level compenstation buff can be removed. He should be squishy, but should be able to farm efficiently.

Well GP biggest advantage is his gold snowball potential. With limited mana, he will have to back more times, less farm time, balanced gold.

I rather they would buff his base stats but still remove his Q mana refund,it is IMPOSSIBLE to deny a champion that has such strong utility and damage, while he farms like a ranged champion. Every.Damn.Single.Time when I'm up against him he just stays far away,QQQ on minions non stop until level 7,farming with almost 0 mana cost, and then he gets sheen, lane over for me
