Can we make champ shards disenchant for a flat amount of blue essence? I know this a problem most people have to deal with, but when I'm trying to get essence for champion mastery, I'd rather not have it be up to luck as to how much IP I'll need to spend for that sweet sweet mastery 7 Nami.
