So I'm still rather new to this game, but I've heard that there used to be a system called the Tribunal in which players could decide if a person deserved a ban or not. I looked the tribunal up, and it always says that it's under maintenance. Looking at some of the threads related to it, it seems that the Tribunal's been down for almost 2 years. Is the Tribunal coming back and is Riot actually doing maintenance on it?
Zarvanis7 votesI think it's buried in a ditch next to Aatrox's rework and Solo-Queue.
GULAG 4 U1 votesAatrox? Who's that? They gave yorick a ga and a red bloody sword and removed his mana bar! Damn! That's so fcking op!
Jokes aside, aatrox is getting a rework during the next class update, the "divers" (Fake assassin,-trynd,Yi, Fiora, irelia). Just one fcking year!
Marshbouy3 votesI think they are fixing issues where people would just spam through the cases to get the free IP and that sort of thing. It might come back with the new client.

Marshbouy1 votesI was just stating what i heard/thought
Shadòw1 votesR.I.P.
Summonerrr 11 votesThey outright lied to us about it returning, and have swept it under a rug, thinking we'll forget.
Don't believe me? It's still "Down for Maintenance"
For 3 years...
