Why I'm Stuck In Bronze LUL

I'm not about to complain that my teammates suck, or that they troll me every ranked game, because they don't. I think the reason I'm stuck in bronze, and the reason everyone else is as well is because we/I get so triggered and tilted. I feel like if I could just pull my head out of my behind, get some worldview, and realize that the game isn't everything, I'd make much more informed decisions. Does anyone else experience this? What do you think are some ways I could practice being less tilted? Thanks.

One of the most important mentalities for climbing is to remember that no individual game matters. Even in promos, you'll get another series soon if you actually deserve to rank up.

The answer is the same one the trolls always give. You really do have to "get good". I'm not the best player (obv), I spent an entire season in Bronze 2 years ago, but even I can get an account out of Bronze in my sleep now.
