Normal matchmaking isn't working?

Tell me if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

No matter which normal mode I queue into, I very frequently (>60%) of the time see a plat or diamond just rampage all over the match. Everyone else is like gold or below.

It's legitimately at the point where I stopped playing because nearly every game is a waste of time.

So... Is this happening to everyone?
