I think allowing all players to receive ANY champion randomly would make this game mode interesting, especially for lower leveled players. It would highlight the experimentation aspect of ARAM and make it more fun, taking your chances and possibly landing a champion you've never played before, or maybe just receiving a champ you owned. This would allow players to experiment more. EDIT: Edited to clarify/explain more in depth

To anyone that plays aram with a non-aram account. When you play ARAM do you constantly keep getting the same champion? I have every champ except riven and I constantly keep getting the same champ every other game. I got shen like 4 times in 6 games once. Now the same thing is happening with yasuo i've gotten yasuo too often in my last aram games.
Since ARAM doesnt rewards the players and HEXTECH is trash there...Yes all free but Riot want money so its impossible...
Yes. I have been playing ARAM for quite some time only, and whether a champion is good on ARAM affects whether I will buy him, which should not be the case.
id rather not, since if i dont own the champion there is a good chance i dont want to play them
Let me float something by you, as an example.
I hate Shaco. I hate his theme/voice/kit/visuals/whatever. Because of this- I have not purchased him. I have no desire or intent to ever play him.
Now, why should I buy him? There is no benefit to me for doing so except to say, "I own Shaco." Or, "I own all champions."
You have control over your champ pool. Nobody makes you buy all the champions.

Riot would never do this because it would no longer provide an incentive for players (who only play ARAM) to purchase champions if they could play all of them in ARAM. Riot would never - and I mean never, ever - pass up an opportunity to make an extra shekel or two.
I play aram with a non aram account since i have all champions and constantly every game see same champions and dont blame aram accounts but get mad that the game keeps giving same champions...
No. The only people who want this are bads who cant win and blame "aram accounts" for their failure.
you can play champs you dont own in one for all(or whatever its called), so I never understood the argument about how "but then riot will lose money because you wont spend rp to buy them!"
Free week champs are what exposed me to champs I had never played and fell in love with and ended up buying skins for. If I were a new player and got a fancy 6300 IP champion in ARAM, I'd be tempted to buy it
Sorry i think people who only play ARAM shouldn't be able to get out of having to purchase champs. The free rotation is pretty big already.
I really like this idea, i mean, aram is all for fun and stuff so doing this would make a lot of sense!
I just wish ARAM was actually giving proper RNG on the champ you get.
