Leaver games shouldn't count against those who stayed in ranked!

Games where a player leaves shouldn't count against the players that stay! I had a game recently where we were doing great until my entire bot lane quit the game, resulting in a loss for me. This got me demoted.

I think it'd be cool where the people that leave get the penalty still (perhaps greater) and the people that are still in game dont lose lp.
