I noticed that kalista has a low winrate of 45 percent and has the worst performance ranking out of all adcs. Do you think Kalista can afford some buffs? I know she is still strong in competitive play, but I think Riot should also consider how bad she is currently in solo queue. In my opinion, fixing kalista's attack move bug and reverting the ultimate nerf can put her in a more balanced state. Any thoughts?
Kalista's problem is support synergy. If you can communicate with a support kalista is at least balanced. If you can't, she sucks.

As a kalista main I have noticed the following things
1-last hitting feels abit clunky, but you get use to it 2-Unless you have a lead, your support is never allowed to roam unless absolutely neccessary, the debuff is simply painful 3-Sorta repeat of number two but, in the mid game and late game, you will get hard core punished if you separate from your teamates, she simply has very bad one v one power now (unless she has a huge lead)
However
1-Her ultimate is still debatebly the best ultimate any adc could ever be given. It's a aoe knock up which allows a wombo of chain cc to be done, that's simply godly 2-Rend+runnans is still disgustingly strong in team fights 3-Her mobilitiy is still hella useful in team fights and gives her a unique identity and play style that only vayne or kindred can somewhat imitate
Conclusion Unless Kalista gets completely gutted, she will always be a good adc, win rates don't always do champions justice, for example Ryze is still a very strong champion in both pro play and high elo, same thing with Azir. Not to sound mean, but buffs really shouldn't be dictated by what low elo people struggle with, if that was how things were buffed or nerfed, than yi would of been removed from the game along time ago. Kalista still brings a lot to the table despite the nerfs, a good Kalista player can still solo carry if she or he has a competent support.
Advise? Find a support to duo que with that you can use skype/discord with. Frankly even when Kalista was OP, I feel you should not be using her with strangers.
