lated Kalista nerfs were a little overboard.

I know kalista is a champion that is really strong and needs nerfs, but I think this time Riot made some of the nerfs unneccessary. I think the nerf to her attack speed and W percent health damage were needed, but i think the W lap change and ult range change was unneccessary. Now I think she will be really underpowered. Any thoughts?
