And this is definitely a new mechanic we haven't seen before.

Chembaron Yamada1 votesAdaptive changes just from "which stat do you have more of". This mechanic unlocks new elements for her skills based on a stat threshold.
And even if she wouldn't have a new mechanic, she looks extremely fun and I like hrrr character design. So I will play her anyway.
