Would this be an okay Yasuo rework?
Passive: Way of the Wanderer - RESOLVE: Moving around (60/55/50 units traveled for each 1%) and attacking enemies (5%, doubled against champions) generates a bar that will block (50-200 [based on level] + [50% of total AD]) damage for up to 1 second when completely filled. INTENT: Yasuo gains 3-20% crit chance based on his current level. Bonus crit can also be achieved by killing enemy champions (Assists = +1%, Kills = +2%. Kills on the same champion will have a 3-minute cooldown timer; until the timer is over, kills on the same champion will only provide +1% crit) for up to an additional 15% crit chance. However, Yasuo's basic attack crit strikes will deal 10% less damage than normal.
Q: Steel Tempest - (5-4 base CD based on skill level, up to 120% bonus attack speed will decrease the CD to 1.5 seconds) Deal (10-50 + (100% of total AD) and apply all on-hit effects and crit, and gain a tornado stack that lasts for (7-8 seconds, based on skill level). Crit damage on Steel Tempest is reduced by (30/25/20/15/10%) The rest of his current Q mechanics will still apply.
W: WInd Wall - PASSIVE - Yasuo gains (5-25) bonus movement speed and (3-15%) crit chance, based on skill level. ACTIVE - Yasuo tosses a wall of wind in the direction of the cursor, blocking all projectiles until destroyed; However, Yasuo will lose the movement speed bonus. The wall will have (100-300% of total HP) health with no resistances and knock enemies back 200 units away from casting position. Yasuo cannot use Last Breath on shoved targets unless airborne. Enemies passing through the wall will lose 20% attack speed and 20% movement speed. The wall lasts for (2-4) seconds, based on skill level.
E: Sweeping Blade - CD TIME: 8 seconds. Yasuo dashes forward 400 units and deals ({20-50 + [50% of bonus AD]} x crit chance, up to a value of 2 with 100%) physical damage to any enemies hit. The first unmarked enemy hit will gain a mark that lasts for (8-6) seconds based on skill level, and reduce the ability's cooldown by (7.0/7.2/7.4/7.6/7.8) seconds. Missing or dashing onto only marked targets will not reduce the skill's CD. Attacking enemies reduce the skill's CD by 0.25 seconds; this value is doubled against champions. Yasuo will not gain stacks to deal additional damage. In addition, enemies damaged by this ability will take 50% damage from any future dashes for the next 10 seconds.
R: Last Breath - CD TIME: 100/80/60 seconds. First Cast: For the next 15 seconds, Yasuo does not have any damage reduction on critical strikes and gains 20% bonus attack speed and 10% bonus attack damage Second Cast: Yasuo blinks to a visible airborne champion and deals ([200/250/300 + 150% bonus AD] x crit chance, up to a value of 1.5 with 100%). Yasuo's shield will also be restored, but he will not get a 50% bonus armor shred.
On a scale of 1-10, how broken is this? I want Yasuo to build almost exclusively damage items for high-risk and high-reward gameplay, but my idea might make him a feast-or-famine champion.
