8/4 PBE Update

> Cinderhulk Base Health: 300 --> 400 Health Multiplier: 25% --> 15% Notes: This is a minor buff to Cinderhulk's average case and a nerf to Cinderhulk's best case late game. While Cinderhulk isn't exactly a dominant pickup at the moment - it sits in this odd spot of having most of its power devoted to a late game which already has its fair share of powerful effects (Devourer). This change shifts it to be slightly more mid-game focused than its counterparts and should let us better control how much Health a character will have due to the reduced multipliers.

I wanted to do some math to see what the average jungle tank would gain / lose due to this item. Let's do a bit of math.

Upon purchasing item 3725 5.15 Gragas Bonus Hp: 400 5.16 Gragas Bonus Hp: 300

Upon Purchasing item 3060 5.15 Gragas Bonus Hp: 400 + 230 = 630 5.16 Gragas Bonus Hp: 300 + 250 = 550

Upon Purchasing item 3083 5.15 Gragas Bonus Hp: 400 + 1150 = 1550 5.16 Gragas Bonus Hp: 300 + 1250 = 1550

According to my math, It seems the loss in Hp doesn't take effect until you hit about over 1000 bonus health. So Not really much of a nerf as the item goes.

PS. If I did my math wrong please inform me.

i think its a small buff to its early game. one thing i didn't like much about cinderhulk is feeling obligated to get hp per lvl seals and rush other hp items early game to get most out of %. this will allow for a bit more breathing room.

Its counter intuitive to have a scaling item as jungle item imo. typically you get your scaling item mid game once you have things to help it scale with. Yet the jungle item is the first thing you must complete as jungler.

Yeah, the Cinderhulk nerf doesn't bother me all that much because it's not really that big a nerf in the long run.

But it does bother me that Sated Devourer wasn't touched at all.

I mean, seriously? No increase in the amount of stacks necessary, no nerf of it's power, nothing? Because it's dominating games right now and it could use a bit of a love tap. Personally I'd make the second hit cause 75% of the damage that it normally would.
