An Idea for Electrocute Change
What if we added a damage cap that needs to be hit in order to gain the electrocute proc.
So instead of using 3 autoattacks/abilites in 3 seconcds, deal bonus adaptive dmg. It would be upon using 3 autoattacks/abilites that deals over (# of damage) in 3 seconds, deal bonus adaptive dmg.
The number will go up as the game moves on. I consider thinking of triple the number of how much one autoattack does(and including ignite dmg for duration of 3 seconds) It's to encourage an actual hit of an ability.
Maybe not add AP/AD scaling of abilites into the number count.

If above seems too complex, how about not having ignite or items that you activate(like

) don't apply a stack into Electrocute?
Any thoughts on this?
