his personality wasn't so insufferable. His voice is horrible, he has NO personality outside of "I love my girlfriend" which plays off like he's the guy that needs to remind everyone he has a girlfriend although he's obviously gay. (He comes off as a gayer then Taric, as a gay man myself, I noticed how much of a stereotype he is) and his kit is just a boring copy/paste version of kit with a few extra shields and a different ultimate.

He just illustrates how Riot's design team is probably being put under increasing pressure for champion releases and not being given time to flesh out an interesting, well rounded character. A lot of champion designs now are one note cliches rather then fleshed out, actual people and this drop of quality really shows in , , , . They are all bland, uninteresting characters that have no real defining personality traits or interesting ability designs of their own.

Flamboyant =/= gay.

He's pompous, arrogant, and a show-off, but none of those things are indicative of sexuality.

Actually hes more of a guy in love with himself more than anyone else. xayah is just a bonus partner. Narcissus is his inspiration honestly he would drown himself if he seen himself in the river/puddle/any reflective water.

WHAT While I do agree yes alot of their voice lines are tied...that was the point...those two are joined at the hip...the many voice lines are there to help show that. And Rakan is like a peacock. He loves to show his pretty feathers. He loves to dance to his hearts contempt. Ffs he carry's around a mirror to look at himself. He is a showoff and will turn a fight into a dance and will go out of his way to impress xhayah. He seems flighty and likes to makes things up as he goes. Oh and hyper. Very hyper. He is flamboyant. Do you read the character stories btw? Or do you just get things off of their voice lines only? Did you watch their cinematic wild magic? Rakan has an amazing personality. You know that one guy that can make you laugh and have a good time with at a party but after about 5 hours you need to leave because just watching him drains ya.

I do not see how his kit is a copy paste of Lee Sin though?

He has a skill shot on Q that heals himself and an ally, a dash-knock up on W, a dash that gives a shield to his ally on E, and a movement speed buff that charms people on R?

That doesn't sound like a description of Lee Sin.

I agree with you on Neeko though. She was a mistake.

He isn't gay, though I would not be surprised if he is at least Bi. But as it stands right now his stories and his dialogue make it clear that he does love Xayah. As for character; Xayah - Hates humans, wants to make them pay for what they have done to Vastaya and Magic. Edgelord Terrorist that has fallen in love with a flamboyant guy that chose to follow after her. Rakan - Performer, Entertainer, loves being the center of attention. One day he spotted Xayah in the crowd of one of his shows and fell in love at first sight. Has followed her ever since and has sworn himself to her and her cause. Zoe - Child out of her time with vast cosmic power and gives zero fucks. Mischievous, playful, powerful. Knows she has some kind of job to do, but would personally rather play. Neeko - Last of her tribe. Optimistic, kind, thinks everyone could get along if they tried. Traveling the world to make her own tribe and everyone is welcome.

... you do know being flamboyantly extroverted, arrogant and show offy aren’t traits of sexuality, it’s personality. Sure there are many gay men who act flamboyant, but that’s moreso cuz they have the self confidence to act the way they naturally are. Hell, there are many straight men who are “flamboyant”. Rakan was modeled after a peacock/Phoenix. He’s intended to draw ur attention and keep it. Yes, his love for Xayah is clear and a major element of who he is, but to say that’s his only personality trait is incorrect. He’s a guy that loves a good time and revels in being the center of attention. He isn’t as devoted to Xayah’s cause as she is (moreso sympathizes) but he is devoted to Xayah thus helps her as much as possible.

I’m not saying ur wrong to hate him, you can’t like everyone because some personalities and characters rub counter to u, ur basis however, is incorrect.

Additionally... Lee sin? Really? The only similarity is they’re mobile, can grant shields and have CC. With the shield being the only standout similarity. Otherwise ur sentiment would spread to a multitude of champs.
