I've unboxed 15 champion shards in a row ...

How is it that there are over a thousand skins yet I keep getting shards? Not even for champions I don't yet own, either. It's really frustrating and the drop table seems skewed heavily toward offering F2P content in something that is supposed to reward us with P2P content for free. I get that as a business model but it's pretty scummy if this is actually the case - this is a thinly veiled 'here's technically a chance to get skins you'd like, yet more often than not, you'll get disappointment and something to dust.'

So yeah.
