Will there be killable dummies in practice tool?

I don't know much about practice tool, but from watching skinspotlights stream on it you can see there aren't killable dummies. I think this would help alot with combos, will there be a way to do this? Also, changing the dummies stats would help alot (mr, health, armor...). I'm not sure if this is already implemented or if this won't be.
