Shouldn't it only stun if he's inside and the thing lands? Correct me if i'm wrong but, why do I get stunned when it has landed and I get slowed? Shouldn't it be one or the other? At least to make it fair and have ekko time it properly..??

You get stunned at any point he walks into it and you are there. The slow is as long as it is up. I'm assuming he wants it so that ekko has to be there the moment it hits to get the stun which imo would be kinda trash for ap ekko and well tank ekko would hate that too but he would care less since it would just be him using it if you stand there and fight him meaning that after a few seconds you are forced to walk out of it. At best it would become a go away button and not much else.

You got stunned by his w. Then you were slowed by his passive. His w doesn't stun you and then slow you when the stun is done.

place it around a turret and you're the best turret diver there is. Any sane person being dived under tower sticks close to the tower, but that 2 second stun is amazing.
