So Riot wants to end toxicity?
How about having words like the F word automatically replaced by something like Love. So if someone types, "Hey Riven,** F** you." We get, "Hey Riven, Love you" in chat.

Reminded me of this:

so I cant say "aybbwantsumfuk" anymore?
WTLove
"I fucking suck" would turn into "I loving suck". I am not okay with this.
"Yo, let's camp this bush and wait for the enemies. We're gonna love them right in the bunghole!"

must be a riven main tired of being told fuck u
Except this is a rated T game, not Neopets.
one thing riot can do is actually give out reasons for things like chat restrictions. It's kinda annoying just playing 23 games against beginner bots as teemo to get rid of it.. kinda tedious and won't teach me anything.
I see one problem with this:
Riven deserves to be told to fuck off. No exceptions.
Now, if it's towards a Yorick, then sure. He could use the love.
Reminds me of Pokemon Showdown, a possibly illegal Pokemon simulator thing. If you say "Fa**ot" in chat, it shows up as "Poopyhead".
That would enrage them further solving nothing. As well as removing a form of expression. And if it was an option, no one would keep it enabled.

So people should be able to flame with no consequences according to you?
Like language filter.
Who said anything about no consequences? In the middle of a game this would piss them off more, while getting reported or punished from the system occurs outside of games for good reason.
We also already have a language filter that puts *** for words already, but nobody keeps that on.
Na, if they really wanted to end toxicity, they would punish trolls.
